Online Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with DELON. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchange under the following conditions:

Item(s) must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Items must not fall under non-returnable categories such as undergarments, socks, gift cards, and promotional items.

Items purchased during final sale periods or clearance promotions are not eligible for return unless defective. Refunds will only be permitted for return reasons as outlined above.
2. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:

Contact Us – Email our customer service team at hello@delonofficial.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos.

Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Return the Item – Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 7 business days. For defective product, refund may be permitted.
Note: A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If the item was purchased using a discount code or promotional offer, the refunded amount will be based on the final purchase price.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
Return will only be permitted for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement including shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards & promotional items

Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged due to improper care

Items must not fall under non-returnable categories such as undergarments and socks due to hygiene reasons
5. Exchanges
We allow one-time exchange for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
