Shipping Policy

After the payment for your order is successful, it will take up to 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to process and ship out your order. If your order is placed on a Friday, your parcel will likely be shipped out on the following Monday or the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (within Malaysia)

  • Enjoy complimentary shipping for delivery within Malaysia with a minimum spend of RM150 & above.

  • For orders below RM150, a shipping fee of RM10 for West Malaysia/RM15 for East Malaysia will apply. 

  • Your order will take approximately 3 to 5 working days for delivery within West Malaysia and 5 to 7 working days for delivery to East Malaysia, unless otherwise advised. Kindly expect delays in delivery during holiday/peak season.

  • Once the ordered product(s) are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted but you can opt for a exchange request.

  • You may track your parcel in the GDex e-tracking system 12 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email. (https://gdexpress.com/tracking/)
